CCIM Web Site (Certified Commercial Investment Managers):
CCIM is the designation of choice for the commercial real estate world and we post properties there for all CCIM members to see.

CCIM Broadcast eMail:
Your property listing information is sent out to all CCIM Member Brokers and Agents that have expressed an interest in similar properties.

Loopnet Web Site:
This is the most popular Commercial Real Estate Listing Service and we maintain a regular membership to be able to post your properties. Buyers and Sellers from all over the world use this service.

Loopnet Broadcast eMail:
Thousands of Brokers, Agents, Buyers and Sellers receive broadcast emails on property types they are interested in. We will broadcast your property to those that have expressed an interest in your type of property.

CIB (Commercial Investment Brokers):
Your property will be posted on the Commercial Investment Brokers Members Only web site for Central Texas.

CIB Central Texas Broadcast eMail:
Thousands of Commercial Brokers and Agents subscribe to the CCIB mailing list. We send email notices to this list on a periodic basis. Depending on the property we may also send to separate mailing lists for North Texas and the Gulf Coast area.

CoStar:
This is another large, members only, nationwide listing service for Commercial Real Estate. We post properties to CoStar.

Xceligent:
Yet another members only, national listing service for commercial real estate. We also post properties to Xceligent.

ABoR (Austin Board of Realtors) Multiple Listing Service:
We post 'some' commercial properties for local area agents. However, This service is mostly used for residential properties.

The Real Work Begins:
Once all of the above tasks are accomplished then the work begins for us to sell your Commercial Real Estate or Investment Real Estate. At this point we go through our database of buyers and sellers and start making calls. Those calls lead to other calls and we continually put your property out in front of potential buyers.
